Apply a pea-sized amount to your toothbrush. Brush gently in circular motions for 2 minutes, focusing along the gum line. Rinse thoroughly. Use twice daily.

SoulSwish Mineral Whitening Toothpaste
Apply a pea-sized amount to a soft-bristle toothbrush. Gently brush teeth in a circulator motion at a 45 degree angle. Brush for 2 minutes. Spit and then rinse thoroughly. Use 2-3 times a week for a brighten, cleaner smile.

Your Oral Care Routine
1. Floss with expandable floss to clean between your teeth.
2. Brush your teeth thoroughly with your botanical toothpaste.
3. Gently brush or scrape your tongue.
4. Follow with our PURE Herbal Rinse.

Replace your toothbrush every 2–3 months, or sooner if the bristles become frayed.

Pure Herbal Rinse
Shake before use. Dilute 1 tablespoon of rinse with 1 tablespoon of water. Swish for 30 seconds, then spit. Use twice daily. Do not swallow.

HerbaFlora Deep Cleansing Oil Pull
Gently swish 1 tablespoon of oil around your mouth and between your teeth for 15–20 minutes, starting with 5 minutes and building up as comfortable. Do not gargle or swallow. Spit into the trash, avoiding drains. Rinse with warm water, gently scrape your tongue, and brush as usual.

NaturaSwish Oil Pull
Swish 1 teaspoon around your mouth for 5–10 minutes. As you get comfortable, increase gradually to 15–20 minutes. Spit into the trash... never the sink. Then rinse with warm water or PURE Herbal Rinse before brushing.

Who SoulSwish Is Not For
> SoulSwish is formulated to support surface stain removal, oral cleansing, and microbiome balance using traditionally used plant-based ingredients, including activated charcoal. However, it is not appropriate for everyone.

Compromised or Weakened Enamel
> Activated charcoal has traditionally been used to help lift surface stains, but it is naturally abrasive. When used improperly or excessively, abrasive materials may contribute to enamel wear. As enamel thins, the naturally yellow dentin beneath can become more visible, which may make teeth appear darker over time rather than brighter.

Cracked, Porous, or Highly Sensitive Teeth
> Teeth that are already weakened, porous, or structurally compromised may be more prone to discoloration or sensitivity when exposed to charcoal particles.

Dental Restorations

Do I need to use everything every day?
No. This collection gives you options. Choose your preferred brushing formula and follow the individual directions for any oil pull or rinse you use. There’s no need to combine every product in one session.

How do I choose a toothpaste?
Choose based on your preferred flavor and brushing experience. Citramint offers citrus and mint, Cinnamon Clove offers a warmer flavor, AyurDentis provides an Ayurvedic-inspired botanical option, SoulSwish is charcoal-based, and BreathShield is the designated foaming formula.

Are all five toothpastes full-size?
Yes. Each toothpaste pouch contains 3 oz / 85g.

Should I mix the toothpastes together?
Use one toothpaste at a time, following its label directions. The collection lets you alternate formulas without mixing them.

Do I use HerbalFrost with my toothpaste?
No. HerbalFrost is a separate brushing option. Instead of your standard conventional "paste" we've create a powdered formula. Follow its label directions rather than combining it with toothpaste or brushing repeatedly with multiple formulas.

Why are there two oil pulls?
The kit includes both NaturaSwish and HerbaFlora so you can explore their different formulas. Choose one at a time and follow that product’s directions; you do not need to use them back-to-back.

What are the wooden bowl and spoon for?
Use them to portion a small amount of tooth powder for your brushing session. Keep the spoon clean and dry, avoid introducing water into the powder jar, and clean the bowl after use. Allow both accessories to dry completely before storing.

What is the stainless steel cup for?
The cup provides a convenient way to portion your rinse or oil pull. Follow the amount stated on the product label; the cup itself is not a calibrated measuring tool. Wash and dry it after each use.

Is this kit vegan?
No. The bamboo toothbrush contains natural boar bristles, which are animal-derived.

Can I swallow these products?
No. Spit out toothpaste, tooth powder, oil pull, and mouth rinse after use. Dispose of used oil pull in the trash to help prevent plumbing clogs.

What if my oil pull changes texture or separates?
Temperature changes can affect oil-based formulas. Our NaturaSwish is made from full fat coconut oil and separate is natural. Follow the specific product’s storage and remixing instructions. Keep containers closed and avoid getting water inside.

Can I use the kit if I have allergies or sensitive teeth?
Review every ingredient list before use because the formulas differ. If you have sensitive teeth, irritated gums, mouth sores, or ongoing dental concerns, consult your dentist before trying the products. Discontinue any formula that causes irritation.

Is the kit suitable for children?
This collection is intended for adults. Ask a pediatric dentist before using these products with children, especially those who cannot reliably swish and spit.

How long will the kit last?

How should I store everything?

Does this kit replace flossing or professional dental care?
