AyurDentis Toothpaste: Apply a pea-sized amount to your toothbrush. Brush gently in circular motions for 2 minutes, focusing along the gum line. Rinse thoroughly. Use twice daily.

Pure Herbal Rinse: Shake before use. Dilute 1 tablespoon of rinse with 1 tablespoon of water. Swish for 30 seconds, then spit. Use twice daily. Do not swallow.

AyurDentis Oil Pull: Swish 1 teaspoon around your mouth for 5–10 minutes. As you get comfortable, increase gradually to 15–20 minutes. Spit into the trash... never the sink. Then rinse with warm water or PURE Herbal Rinse before brushing.

No. At this time, we only ship within the United States.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

How do I use the bundle?
Start with the oil pull, brush with the toothpaste, and finish with the herbal rinse. Follow each product’s label for amounts and directions.

When should I use it?
Use the oil pull in the morning before eating or drinking. Use the toothpaste and herbal rinse according to their individual directions as part of your morning and evening routine.

How do I use the AyurDentis Oil Pull?
Gently swish 1 tsp around your mouth and between your teeth. Begin with 5 minutes and gradually work up to 20 minutes as comfortable. Do not swallow. Spit into the trash, rinse your mouth, then brush.

Why has my oil pull separated or softened?
Warm temperatures can cause the oils to soften and the ingredients to settle. This is normal. Place the closed jar in warm water until softened, then stir with a clean, dry utensil. Refrigerate until firm, stirring once more while partially set to redistribute the ingredients.

Can I swallow the oil pull or herbal rinse?
No. Both are intended to be swished and spit out. Avoid swallowing the toothpaste as well.

Will this bundle whiten my teeth?
Results vary, and whitening is not guaranteed. The bundle is intended for daily oral care; it should not be expected to change the natural shade of your teeth or replace professional whitening.

Can this bundle treat cavities or gum disease?
This bundle is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Tooth pain, bleeding gums, swelling, or ongoing bad breath should be evaluated by a dentist.

Can I use it with braces, crowns, or other dental work?
Ask your dentist before use, especially if you have braces, dentures, veneers, implants, or recent dental work.

Is it suitable for children?
No. Oil pulling is not appropriate for children who cannot reliably swish and spit. Ask your child’s dentist before introducing the bundle.

How should I store the products?
