FAQs

What is Migraine Mender?
Migraine Mender is an herbal blend formulated to support comfort during occasional headaches and migraine episodes. It combines traditionally used herbs selected to promote relaxation, ease tension, and support the nervous system.

When should I take Migraine Mender?
For best results, use it at the earliest signs of head discomfort rather than waiting until symptoms become intense. Follow the serving and brewing directions provided on your package.

Can I take it after a migraine has already started?
Yes. It may still be used once discomfort has begun, although individual responses vary.

How quickly does it work?
There is no guaranteed timeframe. Herbal preparations affect everyone differently depending on the individual, the cause or trigger of the headache, preparation strength, hydration, food intake, medications, and other factors.

Can I use Migraine Mender every day?
Use according to the product directions. If headaches or migraines are occurring frequently enough that you regularly need supportive products, speak with a healthcare professional to investigate possible underlying causes or triggers.

Will Migraine Mender cure migraines?
No. Migraine Mender is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent migraines or any disease. It is an herbal wellness product designed to provide supportive care.

Can I take it with migraine medication?
Check with your healthcare professional or pharmacist before combining herbal products with prescription or over-the-counter medications. Certain herbs can interact with medications or may not be appropriate for particular health conditions.

Can I take it with pain relievers?
No. Migraine Mender should not be taken alongside over-the-counter or prescription pain relievers.

Is Migraine Mender safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
Consult your qualified healthcare provider before use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Herbal ingredients that are appropriate for one person may not be appropriate during pregnancy or lactation.

Can children use Migraine Mender?
No this was not formulated for children.

What are some common migraine triggers?
Triggers vary widely and can include dehydration, skipped meals, inadequate sleep, stress, hormonal changes, certain foods, alcohol, caffeine changes, strong odors, bright lights, weather changes, and prolonged screen exposure. Keeping a migraine journal can help identify personal patterns.

Should I drink extra water while using it?
Maintaining adequate hydration is generally helpful, especially because dehydration can trigger headaches in some people. Hydration needs vary, so there is no need to force excessive amounts of water.

Can I make the tea stronger when I need additional support?
Only prepare stronger servings if your Herbs of Her directions specifically provide a strong-brew option. More concentrated is not automatically better or safer with herbal preparations.

Can I sweeten it?
Yes. If desired, you can use your preferred sweetener unless your individual dietary or health needs require otherwise.

How should I store Migraine Mender?
Keep the blend tightly sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, moisture, and strong odors. Always use clean, dry utensils when handling loose herbs.

What should I do if I experience a reaction?
Discontinue use if sensitivity or an unexpected reaction occurs and seek appropriate medical guidance.

When is a headache something I shouldn't try to manage at home?
Seek urgent medical care for a sudden, extremely severe or unusual headache, or a headache accompanied by symptoms such as weakness or numbness, confusion, fainting, difficulty speaking, new vision loss, seizure, high fever with a stiff neck, or following a significant head injury. New or significantly changing headache patterns should also be medically evaluated.

Important: Migraine Mender is intended for wellness support and is not a substitute for medical evaluation or treatment.
