Apply a pea-sized amount to your toothbrush. Brush gently in circular motions for 2 minutes, focusing along the gum line. Rinse thoroughly. Use twice daily.



SoulSwish Mineral Whitening Toothpaste:

Apply a pea-sized amount to a soft-bristle toothbrush. Gently brush teeth in a circulator motion at a 45 degree angle. Brush for 2 minutes. Spit and then rinse thoroughly. Use 2-3 times a week for a brighten, cleaner smile.
