Flow Again is a hormone-safe, womb-friendly herbal tea blend created to gently nudge your cycle back into rhythm. Whether your period is delayed due to stress, PCOS, fibroids, endometriosis, or other womb imbalances, this tea was crafted with intention to support you without overstimulation.

How to Brew/Use

Add 1–2 tsp to 1 cup hot water. Steep covered 8 min. Drink 2 cups daily for 3–5 days or as needed. Pair with hydration, gentle movement, warmth, and rest.
