FAQs

What is Knocked Up?
Knocked Up is a fertility-focused herbal tea formulated to support the body during the preconception journey. Think of it as your herbal foundation while preparing your body for conception.

Who is Knocked Up for?
It is designed for adults who are actively preparing for pregnancy or trying to conceive and want to incorporate herbal support into their preconception routine.

Will Knocked Up help me get pregnant?
Knocked Up does not guarantee pregnancy and is not intended to treat infertility. It is formulated to provide supportive herbal nourishment as part of an overall fertility-conscious lifestyle.

When should I start drinking Knocked Up?
It can be incorporated into your routine during the preconception stage, ideally before actively trying to conceive. Preconception health can be addressed before pregnancy rather than waiting for a positive test.

Can I drink Knocked Up throughout my entire cycle?
Follow the serving directions provided with your tea.

Is Knocked Up the same as Ovulation Support?
No. Knocked Up is your fertility foundation tea, while Ovulation Support is formulated specifically around supporting the fertile/ovulatory phase.

Can I use Knocked Up with Ovulation Support?
Yes, Ovulation Support is recommended for the Luteal Phase Day 15 to 28 and Knocked Up is recommended for the Follicular Phase Day 1 to 14.

Should I continue drinking it after a positive pregnancy test?
No. Discontinue Knocked Up once pregnancy is confirmed unless your qualified healthcare provider specifically approves continued use. Herbal products should be reviewed for pregnancy safety because an herb appropriate during preconception is not automatically appropriate during pregnancy.

Can I take it with a prenatal vitamin?
A prenatal vitamin and herbal tea serve different purposes. ACOG recommends beginning a prenatal vitamin containing at least 400 mcg of folic acid before pregnancy for most people. You should review all supplements and herbal products with your healthcare provider, particularly when trying to conceive.

Can I use Knocked Up while taking fertility medications or undergoing IUI/IVF?
Consult your reproductive endocrinologist or fertility specialist first. Herbs and supplements should be disclosed to your fertility team so they can determine whether they are appropriate alongside your medications and treatment protocol.

Can I drink Knocked Up while breastfeeding?
Consult your healthcare provider before use while breastfeeding. Preconception formulas are not automatically appropriate for lactation.

How quickly will I see results?
Every fertility journey is different. There is no specific conception timeline. Age, ovulation, reproductive health, sperm health, medical conditions and many other factors can affect how long conception takes.

What if I have PCOS, endometriosis, fibroids or irregular cycles?
You can try our Balanced PCOS, Endometriosis, Fibroid Fight or or Womb Vitality Blends. If your issues are still at hand, speak with your healthcare provider before adding herbal products to your fertility routine, particularly if you have a diagnosed reproductive or hormonal condition or take medication. Knocked Up is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or eliminate these conditions.

When should I seek fertility care?
General guidance recommends evaluation after about 12 months of trying for those under 35 and 6 months for those 35 or older; earlier evaluation may be appropriate based on age, medical history, irregular cycles or known fertility concerns.

Can my partner drink Knocked Up too?
Knocked Up is specifically formulated to support women during their fertility and preconception journey. For male partners, we offer a separate Knocked Up Male Fertility Support formula designed specifically with male reproductive wellness in mind.

Is Knocked Up a fertility treatment?
No. Knocked Up is an herbal wellness product intended to complement a healthy preconception routine. It is not a fertility medication or substitute for medical fertility evaluation or treatment.

Do I need to change my diet or lifestyle while using it?
No tea can replace the fundamentals of preconception health. A balanced diet, appropriate nutrient intake, movement, sleep, avoiding smoking, limit alcohol intake, and recreational drugs, managing existing medical conditions, and receiving appropriate preconception care all matter when preparing for pregnancy.

Who should speak with a healthcare provider before using Knocked Up?
Anyone taking prescription medications or other supplements, undergoing fertility treatment, managing a medical or reproductive condition, breastfeeding, preparing for a medical procedure, or unsure whether one of the ingredients is appropriate for them should consult their healthcare provider before use.
