PurifyHer Yoni Steam: Add 1–2 tbsp blend to 3–4 cups hot (not boiling) water. Cool until comfortably warm, then steam for 15–20 minutes, 1–2 times weekly. Do not use during an active infection or if the steam feels too hot.

Candida Cleanse & Restore: Add 2 tsp to 1 cup water. Gently simmer 8-10 minutes; steep 10 minutes and strain. Drink 1 cup morning and night for 14 days. Stay hydrated. Do not exceed 14 days; break 7–10 days before repeating.

What comes in the Candida Cleanse & Restore Kit?
The kit includes two complementary herbal products:

Candida Cleanse & Restore Herbal Tea Blend an internal herbal blend formulated to support digestive wellness, natural elimination, and healthy microbial balance.

PurifyHer Yoni Steam an external herbal steam blend designed as an occasional intimate self-care ritual after active symptoms have cleared.

How are the two products used together?
Drink Candida Cleanse & Restore according to the directions provided on the package. PurifyHer is used separately as an external steam and should never be consumed or inserted vaginally.

PurifyHer should only be used when you are not experiencing an active vaginal infection or unexplained irritation.

Do I have to use the Yoni Steam for the tea to work?
No. The products serve different purposes. PurifyHer is an optional external self-care component of the kit and is not required to use the herbal tea.

Can this kit treat a vaginal yeast infection?
No. This kit is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent vaginal candidiasis or any other infection.

If you have symptoms such as persistent itching, burning, unusual discharge, odor, swelling, pain, sores, or recurrent infections, seek appropriate medical evaluation. Several vaginal conditions can produce similar symptoms.

Can I use PurifyHer while I have an active yeast infection?
No. Do not vaginal steam during an active or suspected infection. Heat and steam can irritate sensitive vulvar/vaginal tissues, and vaginal steaming has not been established as a treatment for yeast infections.

Wait until the active infection and irritation have completely cleared before considering PurifyHer as an occasional self-care practice.

Does the steam go inside the vagina?
No. PurifyHer is for external steaming only. Herbs, herbal water, applicators, or other materials should never be inserted into the vagina as part of the steaming process.

How often should I use PurifyHer?
After active infection or irritation has completely cleared, follow your package directions. Your current PurifyHer protocol of 1–2 times per week for 15–20 minutes should be treated as a maximum rather than something users need to do more frequently.

How hot should the steam be?
Warm and comfortable never hot. Allow freshly prepared herbal water to cool before positioning yourself over it. If the steam feels hot, sharp, uncomfortable, or irritating, move away immediately and allow it to cool further.

Vulvar tissue is delicate, and steam that is too hot can cause burns.

Can I douche with the PurifyHer herbal water afterward?
No. Do not douche, rinse internally, or insert the prepared herbal liquid into the vagina. The vagina is self-cleaning, and douching can disrupt its normal environment.

Can I use PurifyHer during my period?
For this kit, we recommend waiting until menstruation has ended before steaming.

Can I use the kit while pregnant?
No vaginal steaming during pregnancy. The kit should not be used as a cleansing protocol during pregnancy unless your qualified healthcare professional has reviewed the individual ingredients and specifically approved the tea.

Can I use the kit while breastfeeding?
Consult your healthcare professional before using the herbal tea while breastfeeding. We recommend avoiding cleansing protocols unless the individual ingredients have been reviewed for lactation compatibility.

Can I use PurifyHer if I'm trying to conceive?
Avoid vaginal steaming after ovulation or whenever pregnancy may be possible. If actively trying to conceive, discuss vaginal steaming with your healthcare provider before use.

Can I use PurifyHer after giving birth?
Not during immediate postpartum healing. Vaginal or C-section delivery can involve wounds, bleeding, stitches, tissue trauma, and increased susceptibility to complications. Obtain clearance from your healthcare professional before steaming postpartum.

Can I use PurifyHer if I have an IUD?
Because vaginal steaming has not been well studied in people with IUDs, we recommend speaking with your gynecologist before use.

Can I use this kit if I frequently get yeast infections?
Recurrent symptoms deserve medical evaluation rather than repeated self-treatment. Recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis can require confirmation of the organism and a different treatment approach.

Can men drink Candida Cleanse & Restore?
Our tea blend can be used by adults regardless of sex. PurifyHer, however, is formulated specifically as an external vulvar steaming product.

Can children use the kit?
No. This kit is formulated for adults.

Can I take Candida Cleanse & Restore with medications?
Herbs can interact with prescription medications, OTC medications, and supplements. Anyone taking medication or managing a medical condition should have the complete ingredient list reviewed by a physician or pharmacist before use.

Can I combine the tea with other Herbs of Her cleansing products?
We don't recommend automatically stacking multiple cleansing protocols. Combining products can unintentionally duplicate herbs or substantially increase intake. Review the ingredients and intended duration of each formula first.

How should I store the kit?
Keep both herbal blends tightly sealed in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight, heat, humidity, and moisture. Always use clean, dry utensils when handling loose herbs.
