REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

At Herbs of Her, your satisfaction matters. Due to the nature of our handcrafted herbal products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@herbsofher.com with:

A clear photo of the item and packaging

If approved, we will issue a replacement or store credit. We do not cover return shipping costs unless the error is ours.

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After that, we begin processing your order and cannot make changes.

Exchange

We do not accept exchange.

IMPORTANT PSA

Handmade creams, butters, and salves are crafted with natural ingredients and free from heavy preservatives. Because of this, their texture, color, or scent may vary slightly from batch to batch this is not a flaw, but proof of purity.

During the hotter months, some products (especially body butters and salves) may soften or melt in transit. This does not change their weight, function, or healing benefits only their texture. The weather is a naturally occurring event, and while we take great care in packaging, we cannot control how heat may affect products during shipping.

To keep your products fresh and safe, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and always use clean, dry hands or a spoon when scooping from jars. Natural products deserve a little extra care, and in return, they give your skin the nourishment and love it truly needs.

ABOUT BATCH VARIATIONS

At Herbs of Her, every product is handcrafted in small batches using only pure, natural ingredients never synthetic colors, fillers, or stabilizers. Because of this, you may notice slight variations in color, texture, or scent from batch to batch. This is completely normal and a beautiful sign of authenticity.

These natural shifts occur due to differences in harvest seasons, climate, and the unique characteristics of each herb, root, clay, or botanical we use. Just like nature, no two harvests are ever identical and that’s what makes each batch special, vibrant, and full of life.

Rest assured, while the appearance may vary, the quality, potency, and effectiveness remain consistent across every product we create. We take great care to ensure each batch meets our strict standards for purity, safety, and performance.

Because we don’t use synthetic preservatives or artificial stabilizers, we recommend storing your products in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, to maintain freshness and extend shelf life.
