PurifyHer Yoni Steam Blend

Chamomile, Thyme, Lavender, Mugwort, Oregano, Calendula, Red Raspberry Leaf, Rosemary, Turmeric Root

 Prepare Your Steam

• Add 1-2 tbsp of the herbal blend into a heat-safe bowl or yoni steam seat
• Pour 3–4 cups of hot water NOT boiling over the herbs
• Allow to cool for 10–15 minutes until comfortably warm

 

2. Position Yourself

• Sit or squat over the steam
• Wrap a towel or blanket around your waist to trap the warmth
• Relax your hips, breathe deeply, and allow the steam to circulate
• Meditate and focus

 

3. Duration

• Steam for 15–20 minutes.

 

4. Frequency

• 1-2 times per week, after active infection has CLEARED to help prevent recurrence and support long-term balance. DO NOT steam during an active infection.

Never use water that feels too hot.

Do NOT steam if:

• You are pregnant, suspect you are pregnant, trying to conceive, or could possibly be pregnant
• You are menstruating or spotting or prone to spontaneous bleeding.
• You have active infections i.e. BV, yeast, PID, or STIs
• You have open wounds, burns, or recent surgical procedures

• Avoid steaming if you have an IUD.
• You experience dizziness, overheating, or discomfort during steaming
