• Add 1–2 tablespoons of the blend to a heat-safe bowl or yoni steam seat.
• Pour 3–4 cups of hot, NOT boiling water over the herbs.
• Let it cool 10–15 minutes until the steam is comfortably warm.
• Sit or squat over the bowl, wrapping a towel or blanket around your waist to trap the heat.
• Relax your hips, breathe deeply, and allow the steam to circulate through the pelvic area.
