    Be mindful if you’re sensitive

    I got this cleanse to try for Ramadan. The first tea, parasite cleanse, is not appetizing at all, but I went through it. I didn’t feel any major difference. The clean sweep is tastier, unfortunately it seems my body is sensitive to some of the ingredients (not sure if it’s the Gotu Kola or the other herbs not listed) and I experienced mild heart palpitations so I stopped. Be mindful if you’re sensitive to herbs.
