Decoction Method

Add 1 tablespoon herbal blend to 16 oz filtered water. Bring to a gentle simmer on low heat and cover. Simmer for 20-30 minutes. Remove from heat, leave it covered and steep for an additional 10 minutes. Strain and enjoy warm or chilled. 

• Do NOT add sweeteners, this is a cleanse. Drink 4 oz daily for 4-6 weeks. 
• Take a 1-2 week pause before beginning another cycle. Tonic herbs are something to be used seasonally and consistently rather than continuously year-round.
